I rather enjoy it when artists give a much more demented appearance to Harley, rather than the trashy clown harlot that is often depicted in comics, games, and recent live/animated films. Yes, she IS attractive, DC, but can she at least look more genuinely crazy and not Hot Topic wannabe crazy? If she's not going to look cute, then sadistic and unhinged is my go-to alternative. This captures that appearance completely. The yellow teeth almost give off the impression she's trying to emulate Joker even more, since many depictions of the Clown Prince of Crime show him with yellow teeth. It says to me that in her journey to win over his heart (an impossible feat) she has become him in several ways, which makes her incredibly dangerous and deranged.

Could even be used for a version of her in a reality where Joker has died and she's gotten far, far more insane and addicted to his abuse, so she becomes him in a way so that The Joker can live on through her. Kind of like Psycho.
